Founded in 1983 by Nick Feldmann, the company has expanded to become a full service electrical contracting firm. Over the years, Eldor’s clients have come to count on the company’s experience, reliability, and continuous pursuit of excellence.   The Principals Nicolaus Feldmann President With over 37 years experience in electrical contracting, Nick is well versed in every facet of electrical work and holds licenses in all the areas in which Eldor Contracting undertakes work. Having come up through the Local 25 IBEW ranks, and after obtaining an A.A.S. in Electrical Construction from Suffolk Community College, Nick founded Eldor Contracting Corporation in 1983. His commitment to the electrical industry is evidenced by his roles as Vice President for the Long Island Chapter of the National Electrical Contractor's Association (NECA) and as trustee of the Joint Apprenticeship and Training Committee for the Electrical Industry of Long Island. Alan Lang Vice President Alan brings 25 years of electrical contracting experience to Eldor. A one time Local 25 journeyman, foreman, and general superintendent, he was named a partner in Eldor Contracting Corporation in 1996. Alan is seasoned in the management and build-out of fast track special projects as well as industrial, mass transit, municipal, commercial and retail facilities. The Eldor Team The Eldor Team consists of a wide spectrum of professionals in each of their respective disciplines. From project managers to CAD operators to accountants, this group continues to make Eldor a "growing and going" business and a leader in the electrical contracting field.
